ABOUT JENSON'S BRIDGE

Jenson's Bridge, Inc. is a non-profit foundation in memory of Jenson Drew Roberts who died in a racing accident in December, 2005. Jenson was 18 and in his senior year of high school.

Jenson's grandmother became aware of the need for better communication in stepfamilies while watching Jenson struggle in his. The money she intended for Jenson's college education is the major funding of the foundation.

Jenson was the understanding listener and helper of many of his peers who were in emotional distress -- what better way to honor his memory.

We are seeking God's guidance in all that we do and give Him all glory!

OUR MISSION

Since approximately 30% of all weddings in America today form stepfamilies and between 60 - 70% of step couple marriages will end in divorce we want to encourage and inform stepfamilies by providing, at the local level, study and discussion groups for better communication and understanding between all members of the family (especially the children).

We want to encourage those who are thinking of re-marriage to ask the hard questions before the wedding and equip themselves for the unique challenges of a stepfamily.
